0-10mm graphite petroleum coke recarburizer is a high-quality recarburizing material processed through high-temperature graphitization. It has a dark gray or black appearance with a metallic luster, uniform particle size, good flowability, and no obvious impurities or agglomerates. Using petroleum coke as raw material, the product optimizes its crystal structure through a deep graphitization process. It is an indispensable auxiliary material in industries such as steelmaking and casting, allowing for precise adjustment of the carbon content in molten metal and improving the metallographic structure and mechanical properties of metallic materials.

Core physicochemical indicators (standard): Carbon content ≥98.5% (high-end grade can reach over 99.0%), Sulfur content ≤0.05% (premium grade as low as 0.03%), Nitrogen content 80-250 PPM, Moisture ≤0.5%, Volatile matter ≤0.5%, Ash content ≤0.5%, high particle strength, and a pulverization rate <1% during transportation and use; particle size is strictly controlled within 0-10mm, and the particle size range can be finely adjusted according to customer's individual needs to adapt to different production processes.
