Our Graphite Electrode Particles are high-quality carbon materials produced during the machining and processing of graphite electrodes. Graphitized at ultra-high temperatures of 2500–3000°C, these particles deliver exceptionally high fixed carbon content, ultra-low sulfur and nitrogen levels, and superior absorption rates in molten metal - making them an ideal carbon raiser (recarburizer) for the steelmaking and foundry industries.

As a by-product of graphite electrode manufacturing, these particles represent a cost-effective and environmentally responsible alternative to virgin carbon additives. They deliver the same high-temperature stability and electrical conductivity as fresh graphite electrodes - at a fraction of the procurement cost.

Fixed carbon ≥ 98.5%, ensuring maximum carburization efficiency with minimal addition volumes.

② Low Sulfur & Low Nitrogen

Sulfur ≤ 0.05% and nitrogen controlled at minimal levels (≤ 300 ppm), meeting strict quality requirements for premium steel grades and ductile iron production.

③ High Absorption Rate

The crystalline graphite structure allows direct dissolution in molten iron when carbon content exceeds 2.1%, delivering significantly faster absorption compared to non-graphitic recarburizers.
