Product Introduction
Fully graphitized petroleum coke is a carbonaceous material produced from petroleum coke through high-temperature graphitization treatment at 2800-3000℃. Its core characteristics are as follows:
Particle size range: 0.5-10mm, custom sizes available (e.g., 0.5-1mm, 1-5mm, 5-10mm, etc.) to meet different process requirements.
Chemical composition: Fixed carbon content ≥98%, sulfur content ≤0.05%, nitrogen content ≤300ppm, ash content ≤1%, volatile matter ≤1%, moisture ≤0.5%.
Physical structure: Forms a highly ordered hexagonal lattice graphite structure, possessing high crystallinity and low impurity characteristics.
Product applications:
Metallurgical industry:
Carbonizer: Used in electric arc furnace steelmaking and casting to increase the carbon content of molten steel and reduce pig iron usage.
Spheroidizing agent: Improves the graphite morphology in gray cast iron, increases the number of spheroidal graphite, and enhances mechanical properties.
Chemical Industry:
Reducing Agent: Replaces some coke in the smelting of metals such as titanium and antimony, reducing sulfur and nitrogen impurities.
New Energy Sector:
Anode Material: Used in the anode of lithium-ion batteries, providing high capacity and stability.
Friction Material: Manufactured in brake pads, utilizing its high thermal conductivity and wear resistance.
