The production process of 1-5mm fully graphitized petroleum coke is a complex and delicate process, which mainly includes the following steps:

The first stage in the production process is raw material screening. The raw material for this product is of the highest quality, and is subject to a rigorous screening process. Calcination is a process whereby petroleum coke particles are subjected to high temperatures in a furnace, or kiln, for roasting. This process enables the purification and upgrading of petroleum coke, thereby enhancing the calorific value and physical properties of the resulting particles.

The graphitization treatment is as follows: Once the roasting process is complete, the petroleum coke particles are transferred to the graphitization furnace, where they are graphitized at high temperatures (typically between 2800°C and 3000°C). During the graphitization process, the residual impurities in the petroleum coke gradually volatilize, and the carbon elements are rearranged to form a more compact graphite structure. This results in the production of a high-purity graphitized petroleum coke.

The next step is to cool and sort the material. Once graphitization is complete, the petroleum coke must be cooled to reduce its temperature. Subsequently, any products that fail to meet the required quality standards are removed by mechanical sorting.

The next stage is screening. Subsequently, it is screened out. It should be noted that graphitized petroleum coke of other sizes can also be screened out, including 0.2-1mm,1-5mm, 4-7mm, 5-8mm,5-10mm and other size or according to requirements.

Fine Processing and Packaging: The graphitized petroleum coke, following cooling and sorting, is subjected to further processing, including cutting and grinding, in order to meet the requirements of differing specifications. It is then packaged and prepared for sale to the factory.

To produce 1-5mm fully graphitized petroleum coke, a series of professional-grade equipment is required, including:

Crusher: The crusher is capable of reducing large pieces of petroleum coke into particles of an appropriate size.

A high-temperature furnace is a necessary component of the roasting process for petroleum coke.

A graphitization furnace is required. During the graphitization process, the graphitization furnace is capable of providing a high-temperature environment.

Cooling equipment is required. It is necessary to cool the petroleum coke following the graphitization process.

The following equipment is required for the sorting process: Any products that do not meet the required specifications should be removed through mechanical sorting.
