Its core component is high fixed carbon (≥98.5%), while also possessing low sulfur (≤0.05%), low nitrogen (≤300ppm), and low ash content (≤1%). It has uniform particle size (typically 0-30mm, such as 1-5mm, 0.2-1mm, etc.), a metallic luster, and high porosity, making it an ideal recarburizing material for steel smelting and precision casting.

Production Process:

Raw Material Selection: High-quality petroleum coke with low sulfur and low ash content is selected as the basic raw material.

High-Temperature Graphitization: In a continuous graphitization furnace, the raw material is treated at 2500-3500℃, undergoing physicochemical changes. Impurities such as sulfur and ash are removed, and carbon atoms form an ordered graphite crystal structure.

Crushing and Screening: Based on customer requirements, the graphitized product is crushed to specific particle sizes (e.g., 0.2-1mm, 1-5mm) and screened to ensure uniform particle size.

Quality Inspection: The finished product undergoes testing for chemical composition (fixed carbon, sulfur, ash, volatile matter), particle size distribution, and absorption rate to ensure compliance with standards.
