0.5-4mm Graphitized Petroleum Coke

0.5-4mm graphitized petroleum coke (GPC) is a black granular carbon-based material made from high-quality, low-sulfur petroleum coke through high-temperature calcination (1300℃) and graphitization treatment (2500-3000℃). It has a fixed carbon content ≥98.5%, sulfur content ≤0.05%, and ash content ≤0.5%, exhibiting high electrical conductivity, high thermal stability, and low impurities. Its particle size is uniform (0.5-5mm is customizable), with a metallic luster and a hexagonal layered graphite structure. It is suitable for applications such as carbon addition in electric arc furnace steelmaking, cast iron inoculation, battery anode materials, and refractory products. It effectively improves the carbon absorption rate of molten metal, reduces smelting impurities, and meets the stringent performance requirements of high-temperature industries.
