This product undergoes high-temperature graphitization treatment, resulting in a fixed carbon content of 98.5%-99.5%, low sulfur content (0.03%-0.05%), low nitrogen content (150ppm-300ppm), low ash content (≤0.5%), and low volatile matter content (≤0.5%). This effectively reduces the adverse effects of impurities such as sulfur and nitrogen on alloy properties during spheroidization and inoculation, avoiding casting defects (such as porosity and cracks) and improving finished product quality.

Stable Performance, Good Uniformity

The entire production process employs precision sieving technology, ensuring uniform particle size distribution (over 90% within the target range).
