1-3mm Fully Graphitized Petroleum Coke is a high-purity carbon material processed through a high-temperature graphitization process, available in sizes of 1-3 mm. Its core features include:
High Carbon Content: Fixed carbon content ≥ 98.5%, with some products exceeding 99%, and extremely low impurity levels.
Low Sulfur and Low Nitrogen: Sulfur content ≤ 0.05%, nitrogen content between 100-300 ppm, significantly reducing harmful gas emissions during the smelting process.
High Conductivity: The graphitized structure imparts excellent electrical conductivity, with resistivity as low as 8-12 μΩ·m.
Uniform Particle Size: A concentrated particle size distribution of 1-3 mm ensures a balanced flowability and reaction efficiency during use.
