Product Introduction
0-10mm graphitized petroleum coke has the following core advantages:
(1) High fixed carbon content: The carbon content is typically above 98.5%-99%, providing efficient carbon replenishment for steelmaking and improving carburizing efficiency.
(2) Ultra-low sulfur and nitrogen: Sulfur content is generally ≤0.03%-0.05%, and nitrogen content is ≤300ppm, making it an ideal choice for producing clean steel and special alloys, while also reducing environmental pollution.
(3) High absorption rate: The absorption rate of graphitized petroleum coke can reach 90%-95%, allowing it to dissolve quickly and efficiently in molten steel or iron, significantly outperforming ordinary carburizing agents.
High purity and low ash content: Ash content is generally ≤0.5%-0.7%, with extremely low impurity content, effectively reducing slag formation and improving the quality of the final product.
Uniform particle size and customizable: After fine crushing and grading, the particle size distribution of 0-10mm is uniform. It can be further customized according to customer needs to meet the usage requirements of different process scenarios such as 0-1mm, 1-3mm, 3-5mm, 5-8mm, 8-10mm, etc.
