Product Introduction
Graphitized petroleum coke (GPC) for foundry is a high-purity, high-performance carbon functional material specifically formulated for the deep processing of foundry products. It serves as a core carbon raiser and carbon content regulator in foundry production. This product is refined from high-quality petroleum coke using a high-temperature graphitization process, possessing a complete graphite crystal structure, extremely low impurity content, and stable chemical properties. It perfectly meets the stringent requirements of precise carbon content control, improved casting performance, and stable quality control in high-end foundry production.
This product has a fixed carbon content exceeding 98.5%, with extremely low levels of sulfur, nitrogen, ash, and volatile matter. Particle size can be customized (common sizes: 0.2-1mm, 1-5mm, etc.), making it compatible with various foundry processes and smelting equipment. It is an indispensable auxiliary material for producing high-quality gray cast iron, ductile iron, alloy castings, and various precision castings, effectively optimizing the microstructure of castings and comprehensively improving their overall performance.
