Graphitized petroleum coke (GPC) for cast iron is a high-purity carbonaceous additive specifically designed for ferrous metal casting production. It precisely meets the stringent requirements for carbon addition and metallurgical quality in gray cast iron, ductile iron, and various precision cast iron parts. This product uses high-quality petroleum coke as its base material and is refined through an ultra-high temperature graphitization process. It possesses a highly regular graphite crystal structure, extremely low impurity content, and stable chemical properties, making it the preferred carbon adder and metallurgical auxiliary material for high-end cast iron manufacturers.

This product appears as a black granular solid with uniform particle size, moderate porosity, and no agglomeration or adhesion. Its fixed carbon content exceeds 98.5%, and its sulfur, nitrogen, ash, and volatile matter content are extremely low, preventing impurities from adversely affecting the metallographic structure and mechanical properties of castings. This effectively ensures the density, toughness, and wear resistance of finished cast iron products. We support customized particle size processing (standard sizes: 0.2-1mm, 1-5mm, 2-6mm, 5-10mm) to suit various smelting equipment and casting processes.
