Grain Performance
We implement multi-stage screening production to keep particle size steadily within 0.2mm to 2mm. This grain specification is customized to match most mainstream smelting equipment on the market. Different from ordinary petroleum coke with uneven grain distribution, our goods feature great flowability during feeding. After ultra-high temperature graphitization, amorphous carbon inside raw materials converts into ordered graphite crystal structure. Full graphitization removes unstable substances within the material, delivering better activity and dissolving capacity than conventional calcined petroleum coke. When added into high-temperature molten steel and molten iron, it dissolves quickly and completely without inert residues. The graphite crystal structure also delivers excellent high-temperature stability and resists oxidation under severe smelting conditions.
