Production process

Raw material preparation: Low sulfur calcined petroleum coke (CPC) is selected, with a carbon content of ≥98% and low impurity (sulfur, ash) content.

Graphitization treatment: The calcined coke is placed in a graphitization furnace and treated at 3000℃ to improve carbon crystallinity and reduce volatile matter and impurities.

Crushing and screening: After the product is cooled, it is crushed by a crusher and screened out into particle sizes of 0.5-5mm to ensure uniform particle size.

Packaging: Use ton bags, 25kg bags into 1 mt bag or small bags (20kg/25kg), supporting customer customized packaging needs.

Carbon content ≥98.5%, sulfur content ≤0.05%, reducing the risk of steel brittleness;

Low nitrogen content (80-300ppm), suitable for steel strand production.

High absorption rate

High porosity, fast absorption speed, absorption rate of more than 95%, better than ordinary recarburizers.

Stability and environmental protection

Stable quality, suitable for high-end ductile iron (such as crankshafts, camshafts);

Low sulfur and low nitrogen emissions, in line with environmental protection requirements.

Flexible customization

Provide a variety of particle sizes from 0 to 50 mm to meet the needs of different industrial scenarios.

Application areas

Foundry industry

Gray cast iron/ductile iron: increase the carbon content of castings, improve hardness and wear resistance;

High-end ductile iron: such as automotive parts (brake pads, cylinder liners).

Steel metallurgy

Carbonization in steel smelting, optimize mechanical properties;

Used in electric furnace steelmaking, replacing some scrap steel.

New materials field

Deep processing into lithium-ion battery negative electrode materials, graphene;

As a catalyst carrier (such as hopcalite).

Other applications

Refractory materials, chemical fillers, plastic additives, etc.
