Fixed Carbon 99% Sulfur 0.03% Fully Graphitized Petroleum Coke is a high-end refined carbon material. It uses high-quality, low-sulfur raw petroleum coke as its core raw material and is deeply refined through an ultra-high temperature graphitization process. Its core indicators consistently meet standards: fixed carbon ≥99%, sulfur content ≤0.03%. It also features extremely low ash content, trace volatile matter, low nitrogen, and low metallic impurities, making it a high-purity, high-crystallinity, premium graphitized carbon product in the industry.

This product undergoes ultra-high temperature heat treatment at 2800-3000℃, completely altering the disordered structure of amorphous carbon and forming a complete and regular hexagonal layered graphite crystal structure, achieving 100% full graphitization. Unlike ordinary semi-graphitized or calcined petroleum coke, it possesses excellent electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, carbon absorption rate, and chemical stability. The product is odorless and dust-free, and the particle size can be customized as needed (0-50mm full specifications). It is suitable for high-end industrial scenarios such as metallurgy, casting, new energy, and carbon products, and is a core functional raw material for the production of high-end steel, precision castings, aluminum electrolysis, and special carbon materials.
